It has been a little over a month since the surgery. I had a no-implant nose surgery, had the hump slightly filed down, and raised the tip of the nose. (I asked them to leave a little of the hump.) The side profile improved a lot. The problem is that from the front, the nose tip is still a bit blunt.. When I asked while going to get the stitches inside the nose removed, they said swelling was still going down, so I should watch it a little longer. They said swelling goes down up to 3 months and is finished around 6 months. I think I will have to keep watching this. I met friends and hung out after 2 weeks, and they did not really notice. I guess because I did not put in silicone, the swelling was not too bad. My original nose was fairly high and large anyway. It is a little bulbous. At another clinic that really pursues extreme naturalness, they even said this much is not a bulbous nose and refused to do the surgery. They said that at that clinic, spending the surgery money on a trip would be better value. I also did not want major changes except for the tip, so they were partly right, but in any case, I think I made the right choice by having the surgery. It feels a little more refined? For about a week after surgery, I did wonder if I was going through all this trouble just to change it slightly.. I did get a little discouraged. I recommend it if you want a line that improves naturally.
They do not give very detailed consultations. I decided somewhat impulsively because I liked the line after reading the app review.
