I read a ton of reviews before my consultation, so I went in ready to accept whatever kind of consultation I got. Unlike the many bad reviews about the facility, consultation, and kindness, the place was very clean and cozy. During the consultation, the doctor carefully charted everything, listened to all my questions, and showed photos for each issue. Contrary to the opinions that he seemed tired and rude, he was actually very proactive. He also felt my nose. Since this was a removal case, I understood that the predictability would be low, but he still explained, in broad strokes, how the shape would change. The manager also kindly answered all my questions, and the front desk staff were kind too. I really don’t understand why people say he is rude. The consultation with the director was long. We had enough time to talk.
