The hospital lobby was incredibly flashy and stylish. During the consultation, the manager was a little lacking in explanation, but the doctor personally showed the before-and-after results through a PowerPoint presentation. However, they did not explain what surgical methods would be used or what advantages and disadvantages each would have, so that was a little disappointing.
