Same as the community review. If the doctor isn't confident, they give the patient options and tell them to choose. I don't have capsular contracture or inflammation, so they recommended non-open silicone removal and cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip. But if I'm anxious, they said to go open... When I asked about the capsule, they said to do that too if I was worried about it (50 extra). For the non-open method, they use dissolvable sutures, so they said there would be no need to return to the hospital after the surgery. There'd be no splint either.. They explained in detail while showing photos of actual surgery cases But there were too many options haha, so I plan to go somewhere that gives more certainty instead
