Before <before nasal tip surgery> After <2 weeks after surgery> I was so scared of side effects from nose surgery that I tried not to have surgery and instead had many different procedures. Nasal fat grafting, Misko twice, fillers, Botox, etc. The shape and maintenance period were really short, so I felt the limits of nasal procedures. I decided to find a proper doctor and have surgery, and over 6 years I had consultations at countless famous plastic surgery clinics specializing in noses. At every consultation, they said that because my skin was thin, they could not raise it as much as I wanted, there was a high risk that an implant or cartilage would show through, and my nostrils would become more visible than now, so they said my nose needed nostril rim lowering. Even though my skin was thin, I wondered if there was a surgical method that could raise the height to some extent as much as I wanted without the cartilage or silicone showing through, and after searching so much, I learned about the CoGel nose surgical method used by Director Kim In-sang at B&Young. I had some bridge height, but my nasal tip drooped a lot, so he said we should do open surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and because my nostrils showed a lot, he said he would also do nostril rim lowering to make it slim and defined, in the shape I wanted. As a result, the design came out perfectly, exactly in the nasal tip shape I wanted, and when looking at the nostrils from below the nose, there is not even the commonly seen scar tissue, and although a downside of nostril rim lowering is that the nasal tip can look plump, with the director's own method, the surgery went so well that it is perfect, with not even 1 bit of a plump feeling, to the point that you would not even know I had it done. It was open surgery, but the swelling was only about two days' worth, like swelling after eating ramen and sleeping, and since they did not put cotton in, recovery was less uncomfortable, so I really liked it. I think plastic surgery directors should not only be good at surgery but also have an aesthetic sense and produce a good design, and I met a director who is truly excellent at both design and surgical skill, so my complex was resolved and I became prettier, so I am so, so happy these days^^** I was surprised by Manager Hwang's professional knowledge, which was on a completely different level from managers at other clinics, and I was touched by how she cared for me from beginning to end. All the clinic staff were kind and the atmosphere was like family, so even going in for surgery felt comfortable, which I really liked. From now on, I will entrust facial surgery to the director for life. Thank you so much for making me a pretty nose.
