My nose surgery went completely horribly, so while I was looking into removal, I found out about the big three. I heard ㄱㅇㅅ has inconvenient transportation and is expensive, so I passed on it for now. I went for a consultation without reading reviews, and I was very satisfied. I’m the type who worries a lot and asks a lot of questions, so the director showed me similar cases while explaining. My nasal tip was done with septal cartilage, and it was honestly a total disaster, so I went in mentally and physically exhausted. Both the director and the consultant told me that, in my condition, revision surgery would probably be better than removal After the consultation, I looked up reviews, and he definitely didn’t seem like the type to force anything. It strongly felt like he leaves the choice to the patient. At another one of the big three clinics, they said complete removal was possible, so I’m even more conflicted, but because he explained the risks that could occur if everything is removed, I trusted him more. They say he tells you the worst-case scenario before surgery, and for me, that made it possible to choose more carefully and made him feel more professional. I’ve only been to two removal consultations so far, so I can’t really compare yet, but I’ll look around more, and if other clinics also say removal is possible, I’m thinking of having the removal done by this director. The director also said removal is possible if I want it, but he recommended revision surgery Anyway, I was extremely satisfied with the consultation!
