First of all, the director was extremely gentle and kind, and while explaining my arm condition by looking in the mirror, they showed me on ultrasound while I was standing, explained what it would look like after surgery using before photos, and said they would remove only within a safe range, considering the degree of sagging. The consultant was at a similar level to other clinics, but kind. It is a one-doctor clinic, so it was neat, but not grand or large.
