If you go without knowing much, the director is not the type to clearly tell you this or that. It’s very vague. The explanation wasn’t detailed either, and it felt like the whole consultation time was spent just endlessly flipping through folders of review photos. Some patients may view this cautiousness positively, but I felt it didn’t suit me, so I didn’t have surgery here. The consultant is kind.
