I went for a consultation because the doctor seemed to have good reviews... but he tended to give answers that were different from the focus of my questions. He doesn’t seem like the type who communicates well. He did write down every single thing I said... but that didn’t make me trust him. But the consultation manager had absolutely no sincerity at all, and it felt like she didn’t care whether I did it or not. I wondered how someone could treat customers with that kind of attitude, and how a hospital famous for nose surgery could put someone like that in that position.
Surgical skill matters too, but a hospital has an atmosphere, you know?? I couldn’t trust them, so I passed for now.
