I had everything done at Onepick, from the consultation to the surgery! First, the consultation goes in the order of manager > doctor > manager, and the doctor was thorough and spoke gently, so it was nice to be able to have a comfortable consultation! At the end, the manager came back in and explained the final price, and I was told about a discount on the condition that I write one consultation review and three surgery reviews (ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, ㅂㅂㅌ). After thinking about it a bit, I just wasn’t the type to go around and do a lot of consultation visits, so I put down a deposit and scheduled the surgery! But on the day of surgery, I heard that the reviews above required photo provision, and I felt a little upset (they hadn’t told me that photo provision was a condition during the first consultation). Of course, it wouldn’t have changed whether I did it or not, but saying it beforehand and saying it later are different. So anyway, we agreed to crop everything from my face except my eyes, without blurring, so only the eyes would be visible, and I finished the surgery! My right eye has more bruising and swelling than the left, but swelling varies for everyone, so I’m diligently doing compresses and hoping the swelling goes down quickly!
I was happy with the doctor, the facilities, and my expectations for the surgery, but I took off points for professionalism and kindness because they informed me only later that the reviews required photo provision. (When I said I had never heard about that part afterward, they said they had mentioned it during the consultation and showed me the consultation chart, but I said they had only said it was a review and had not mentioned photo provision, and they replied that that meant photo provision.) The doctor’s consultation itself had no problem.
