The manager was just okay. She answered all my questions, but she wasn’t especially kind. The director was extremely kind and, even though I’m sure he must have been busy, he answered my questions carefully and thoroughly (Director Oh). He also clearly told me when something he recommended against was something I should not do, which made me trust him. He spent more than 30 minutes giving me a good consultation, which I appreciated.
