This was my first surgery and I went for my first consultation. I searched for a famous director because I wanted lower eyelid fat repositioning, and that led me to this clinic. I went at the scheduled consultation time; there was some waiting, but not a long one. I consulted in the order of the manager, the doctor, then the manager again. The manager had a bit of a strong presence. The doctor didn’t particularly feel unfriendly or friendly, and came across as businesslike, and explained the surgical method, etc. At first the manager’s expression looked a bit stiff, but after the consultation when I left a deposit, she looked happy. I’m going to consult at other clinics and then decide, so making a reservation here doesn’t mean that much to me. They said they’d give a discount if I booked today (it didn’t feel like pressure), so I left a deposit and came out.
