I have a bulbous nose, and my nostrils show from the front.
They said they would do alar reduction, nostril lowering, and osteotomy because my nasal bridge is wide from the side, about that much.
The consultation manager showed me similar cases and told me it would improve like this, which was nice. From what I heard, it seems like swelling is generally on the lower side after surgery too! The director also seemed fairly confident in the surgery, and said that since my current nose doesn't suit me, they would shape it into something that does.
The aftercare also seems the best among the places I went for consultations.. But the cost is really holding me back. It's my first surgery, but it came out as much as a revision lol
