I went for a consultation for bulbous nose rhinoplasty!
They showed me the actual silicone and explained it, and I think the consultation with the director was on the longer side.
They said the materials used would be silicone, ear cartilage, and costal cartilage. They said they would use 4-5 mm silicone, and since my septal cartilage can’t be used, they would need to use costal cartilage, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage..? Other places said I needed nostril lowering and alar reduction, but this place didn’t mention those separately.
For aftercare, it was about swelling injections and swelling laser treatment, and free AS is available for up to 1 year, they said.
They said the nasal packing is removed right away the next day, and I should come in on day 7 and day 14.
They said they do 2-3 surgeries, but still, the doctor looked tired..
The price is based on donated costal cartilage.
