On top of that, with 3 options added, autologous costal cartilage, lowering the nostril rims, and nostril/alar base reduction, it came to 13 million won. So I was shocked, and they said if I booked today, with their experience, they could discount 3 million won. And the 10% VAT was included, but they could exclude it. If using donated rib cartilage, it would be 8 million won with same-day booking. Otherwise, they said it would be 8.5 million won.. It’s absurdly expensive.
