First of all, there’s no stress caused by the coordinators or managers I can’t say they are wholeheartedly and sincerely kind with full dedication, but there’s no having to read the room or get stressed. I know well that they must have a hard time too because they deal with a lot of difficult people. Some say the director’s consultation is insincere, but that’s just his style, and the way he clearly says no to things that definitely aren’t right became a major factor in my decision to have surgery. Manager MN is kind, and that was also a big factor. Going back to the director, I could understand clearly how to solve the parts I was concerned about. Every clinic definitely has pros and cons. There is no place that has only pros. Taking that into consideration, I put down a deposit and am scheduled for surgery the week after next
