First of all, there’s no stress from the coordinators or managers. I can’t say they are full of sincerity and genuinely kind with all their heart, but there’s no need to read their mood or feel stressed. I know they must have a hard time too because they deal with many difficult patients. Some say the director’s consultation lacks sincerity, but that’s just his style, and the way he clearly says no when something is definitely not right became a big factor in deciding on surgery. Manager MN is kind, and that was also a big factor. Going back to the director, I could clearly understand how to resolve the parts I was concerned about. Every hospital definitely has pros and cons. There is no place that only has advantages. Taking that into account, I paid the reservation deposit and am scheduled for surgery the week after next.
