I did go after hearing that they speak conservatively and negatively, and the consultation itself was okay. But they answered so~~~~~ conservatively that I also wondered if they were trying not to take any responsibility.. No matter what I asked, they said it could be that way or it might not be.. I did like the surgical method itself that they explained. But because they spoke with so little certainty, seemingly to lower the patient's expectations, it makes me hesitate. The manager consultation was not unfriendly, but I wish they would explain things people commonly ask about, like post-surgery care, all at once. They only ask, "Do you have any questions?" so I have to ask every single thing one by one. It sounds like I only wrote complaints, but despite that, I do feel like I want to have surgery there.
