I had heard that he speaks conservatively and negatively before I went, but the consultation itself was fine. But he answered so~~~~~ conservatively that I also wondered if he was trying not to take any responsibility for anything.. No matter what I asked, he said it could be that way or it might not be.. I liked the surgical method itself that he explained. However, because he spoke with so little certainty, seemingly to lower the patient’s expectations, it makes me hesitate. The consultation with the manager wasn’t unfriendly, but I wish they would explain commonly asked basics, such as postoperative care, all at once. They only say, “Do you have any questions?” so I have to ask every single thing one by one. It seems like I only wrote complaints, but despite that, I do feel like I want to have surgery there.
