The hospital desk was pretty!! It had a very luxurious feel? There was a bit of a wait. The staff all looked busy too, but when I asked questions here and there, they responded kindly, which was nice. The consultation with the director was on the shorter side, so that was disappointing. Still, during the consultation, I felt like they treated me from the patient’s perspective and tried to ease my burden. It did seem like they prefer a slightly glamorous look, but I think that wasn’t bad in its own way either.
