There was a bit of a wait The staff all looked busy too, but when I asked questions here and there, they responded kindly, which was nice The consultation with the director was a bit short, so that was disappointing. Still, during the consultation, I felt like they were treating me from the patient’s perspective and trying to ease the pressure It did seem like they may like a slightly glamorous look, but I think that wasn’t bad in its own way either
