They really prioritize a natural look, and they honestly told me that because my skin is thin, they wouldn't be able to lift it much, but said they'd try to put in as much as possible during surgery. The manager explained that there wouldn't be any inflammation from the nose surgery, but the doctor explained all the side effects and inflammation risks before going ahead with the surgery.
