The double eyelid surgery itself was fine for several years at the time I had it done, but as time passed and I got older, the fat in my eyes decreased, and one side is okay, but the other side started folding into multiple creases. I’m so busy that I don’t have even a month of free time, so I don’t have the leeway for revision surgery and am just waiting until I have time. I think it’s an unavoidable change that comes with aging. For younger people, unless it’s really a case where you absolutely cannot avoid surgery, I hope you keep in mind that as you get older, you may have to keep getting revision surgery.. I’m also thinking of getting revision surgery, but I feel like that won’t be the last time, and that as I continue aging, I’ll have to do it again.
