There were many reviews saying the front desk was unfriendly, so before going, I had expected it to some extent, but once I went, I understood what that atmosphere was like. Kind of a cold atmosphere? A feeling that it was hard to speak to them? Because of that, even during the consultation with the director, I felt like I just listened and came back without knowing what to ask or what to say. The director clearly and concisely told me what would and would not be possible, and explained the methods and such well~ However, the clinic atmosphere felt... difficult, so I do not think I will proceed with surgery.
