There were no particular side effects from the breast fat graft, but.... almost all of the fat grafting from the first session disappeared T_T. Instead of worrying about gaining weight for no reason, just think of yourself as a pig and eat a lot for two months T_T. Otherwise, it is really a waste of money. The removed area is manageable if you move around in daily life with superhuman willpower, and the pain lasts for more than a month. At minimum, you have to wait a week before even that becomes possible. Until a month before, every time I sat down in the bathroom, I felt like dying. But after it passes, time really does go by fast. If you have room in your budget, I recommend it.
