First nose surgery. I had a slight dorsal hump, but it wasn’t severe. My nasal bridge is on the higher side, and rather than a bulbous nose, my nose is just on the large side(?)
My face is small, but because my nose is big, it stands out even more, so I wanted to improve it.
But this was the only director who did not recommend surgery. The reason was that even after surgery, there would not be a dramatic change. It would not even be a slight improvement, just a sense of personal satisfaction that I had surgery, while the actual effect would be minimal...
