I had a consultation about 8 years ago, and since it was revision rhinoplasty, they recommended using costal cartilage. Especially at the time, using costal cartilage was somewhat of a trend, and Brown was also doing very well then. In my case, I was a bit worried because they would use donated rib cartilage. I think I clearly understand what kind of aesthetic Brown pursues. It didn’t seem to be my style, so I passed.
