At least during the period when I was hesitating about surgery, they were very kind until then. Of course, as soon as I brought up canceling the reservation over the phone with the manager, her tone changed, and she said they would take care of refunding the deposit soon, then hung up abruptly before I could ask anything...^^ Kindness isn't really a deciding factor for me when choosing a clinic, so I'll pass on that. But above all, they assigned the director for me, and somehow it felt too... lacking in expertise, and like they were swayed by what I was saying, so within 2 minutes I felt this place wasn't it. I was briefly talking about what I had discussed during a consultation at another clinic, and their reaction was, oh my, they do it that way these days too? I was seriously flustered.. And it just felt like they lacked confidence, so I also felt a bit uneasy
