At least until the period when I was hesitating about surgery, they were very kind. Of course, the moment I brought up canceling the reservation over the phone with the manager, her tone changed, and she said they would take care of refunding the deposit soon, then abruptly hung up before I could ask anything...^^ Kindness isn’t really a deciding factor for me when choosing a hospital, so I’ll pass on that. But more than anything, they assigned the director for me, and somehow it felt like there was really no expertise, and like they were being swayed by the things I said, so within 2 minutes I felt this place wasn’t it. I briefly mentioned what I had discussed during consultations at other hospitals, and the reaction was, oh my, they do it that way these days too? I was genuinely flustered.. And it just felt like they didn’t have confidence, so I felt a bit uneasy too
