The consultation manager was very kind, but there was a bit of pressure to pay a deposit. When I asked about ptosis correction, which I was considering, they explained the reasons and advised against it. I liked that there was no additional upselling. For posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty too, they explained the side effects and it felt like, “If you want to do it, go ahead?” But the aftercare/AS period is short, about 1 to 1.5 years, so I’m unsure. Also, the director seemed very busy.
