I only had about 10 minutes with the doctor and 10 minutes with the manager, and it was the weakest consultation I’ve had so far. At that point, it’s fair to say they shouldn’t even charge a consultation fee. They said surgery would be difficult unless I did autologous dermis (at the tip of the nose). The doctor has a very fixed idea of the direction he wants the surgery to go, so if you want something different from that direction, it would be better to look into another hospital. They recommended septum + donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage. The manager also mentioned capsulectomy. If it’s there, of course it should be done, but they said that could also add to the cost. This is a hospital that gives a very high estimate. Anyway, the consultation itself was so unenthusiastic that I’m passing.
