Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I need to schedule my revision rhinoplasty but can’t decide ㅠㅠ Please help me

I’ve gone to all the consultations and need to schedule the surgery, but I can’t decide.. (Actually, I’m 60% wanting the surgery and 40% just living as I am)

16 years ago: L-shaped silicone implant + ear cartilage The nasal tip became crooked and compressed, and the shape of the alar cartilage collapsed I can feel a bulging, sagging area inside one side of my nose - Crooked nose - Slightly upturned nose - Long midface - Bulbous nose, large nostrils

1. Long career Seems safe At first, they said if I’m not dissatisfied, I don’t have to get plastic surgery Keep the silicone height similar or lower the glabella a little Crooked nose correction can be resolved about 70% Use septal cartilage (support strut); if insufficient, ear cartilage The area where the cartilage can be felt inside the nose will not be completely resolved We decided to leave the upturned nose as it is (functionally, breathing is more comfortable) No alar reduction; blunt nasal tip will improve

2. Board-certified specialist since 2013 Adjust the upturned nose; because the midface is long, it may look even longer, so change the glabellar silicone to a lower height Use ear cartilage (support strut); if insufficient, septal cartilage Bulbous nose correction - will remove fat Review nose photos are my style

The cost is 1 > 2, with a 2 million won difference.......

I want to choose safety-focused option 1, but I’m worried because they said the upturned nose won’t improve... 2 said they would naturally accommodate what I want, but I wonder if that’s really possible. The rating is high, but there aren’t many real reviews ㅜㅜㅜ

Please look at the photos and help me choose ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
