The director seemed to recommend surgery only for the parts that were really necessary He recommended nasal osteotomy with no implant, and only the nasal tip He said that if an implant were placed in my nose, it would probably look too flashy When consulting at other hospitals, he said that if they suggest putting in an implant, it probably means the doctor lacks the skill for doing only the nasal tip He explained the surgery I would need while looking at the CT, and said that raising only the nasal tip is not an easy surgery The director seemed confident The next consultation with the consultant was also very professional, and she explained things well too Since it was my first consultation hospital, I didn't choose it because I wanted to shop around more, but overall the consultation was good
