It had been almost 10 years and my nasal tip was lifting, so I looked into revision surgery At the other places I visited too, they said it wasn't contracture, so I was relieved about that This was the only place that pointed out it was a semi-ski-slope nose I had thought all this time that it was straight-to-slightly curved, so that's why my nostrils showed more from the front, apparently.. Looking back now, back then there wasn't even really this idea of straight-to-slightly curved, so I guess it was more like “please make it higher” The director said that since my midface is on the longer side, if the nasal tip is lowered, the front view would improve and I would probably like the line too, but in the end it would be a difference only I would notice, so other people might not recognize it (but that's what I want lol). They said it could give a long-nose impression, but not to the point of looking like Squidward, so I think it would look more refined, and I'm considering this place
