They made it look natural, but I felt that my bulbous nose improvement was not done well, so I had a revision surgery ... I recommend going for a consultation!! I cannot recommend them to people around me to the point of strongly suggesting it ... Since the part I wanted improved was not actually improved, maybe my nose should have used autologous costal cartilage, not sure,,
