Consultation reservations were backed up, so I visited after waiting a few weeks. I had the consultation with the director right away without waiting. While looking at photos, they spoke realistically, saying they would improve it like this, and that some parts might not be possible to this extent because of the characteristics of my face shape. They did listen to the parts I was dissatisfied with about my nose, but it felt a bit more like the director was explaining how they would operate rather than a nose tailored to my needs. Still, they were very kind, and even when I asked several questions, they explained everything slowly. The consultant was also kind, and there was no pressure to book. I was worried the consultation might be short, but it wasn't at all, and I thought I could see why they had so many reservations.
