Because consultation appointments were backed up, I visited after waiting a few weeks. There was no wait, and the consultation started right away with the director. Looking at photos, they realistically explained things like how they would improve it this way, and that certain parts might not be achievable to that extent because of my face shape. They did listen to what I was dissatisfied with about my nose, but I did get a slight feeling that the director was explaining how they would operate rather than focusing on a nose that matched my needs. Still, they were very kind, and even when I asked several questions, they explained everything slowly. The consultation manager was also kind, and there was no pressure to book. I was worried the consultation might be short, but it was not like that at all, and I thought it made sense that they had so many appointments.
