The waiting time was much longer than expected... I waited 1 hour The consultant and the director were kind (not completely kind, though) I had about a 20-minute consultation with the director. I’m not sure if there was a surgery afterward or if consultations were backed up (it was definitely backed up). I wanted to ask more questions, but I felt pressured, so I only asked 7 out of the 10 questions I had and ended it. Still, the consultant explained most things, so my questions were answered, and they seemed professional too.
