The director clearly said what could be done and what could not. Still, they tried to work in a direction that fit what the patient wanted. There was a dog photo, so I secretly felt a bit closer to them on the inside lol. I liked that they gave off confidence, and I think they were the cutest among all the doctors I've consulted with so far. The manager also seemed to respect the director.
