I’m writing this in the hope that even one person will see my review. First, I had cheekbone reduction at this hospital, and during the consultation, the director saw me for about 5 minutes (barely looked at my face and just talked by himself). On the day of surgery, in the operating room, he made a few quick marks with a permanent marker (about 30 seconds), and I lay down and the surgery proceeded as is. There was no consultation about the design. After that, I was told the surgery would take 1 hour, but when I opened my eyes, 4 hours had passed. And as the swelling gradually went down, there wasn’t much difference from my face before (not one acquaintance or family member noticed). About a week later, when I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, he just briefly appeared at the suture-removal bed right before the stitches were removed, didn’t even look at my face, and just said, “It’s because of swelling, swelling,” without trying to listen. He only said what he wanted to say and left... Both the manager and the director were so busy that they couldn’t focus on individual patients at all, and I judged it to be completely factory-style. Also, when I later said I wanted to see the CCTV, they said I couldn’t because I hadn’t filled out a consent form before surgery, and they didn’t show it to me. If someone says they’re going to have surgery at this hospital, I do not recommend it.
