The consultation order was CT > consultant > director > consultant, and everyone consulted kindly! Since I had two-jaw surgery, they said the nasal tip should use rib cartilage rather than septal cartilage, and because I have a bit of protruding mouth, they recommended raising the nasal tip by about 4 mm. The consultation itself was good, so I put it on my final list.
