This is already my 4th nose surgery.. The nose from my first surgery was too low and small, so I had revision surgery, and somehow the tip of the nose from the revision surgery became upturned (not contracture; the nose tip got lifted while having another surgery) so I had only the nose tip redone with costal cartilage. After about 2 years, the nose tip area operated on with costal cartilage became pointy like a bird’s beak, (in photos, it looked completely like an arrow nose and the nose looked crooked) so in the end I decided on surgery again I’m not addicted to plastic surgery; my nose was just very low, and I simply wanted an ordinary nasal bridge… But somehow I ended up becoming someone who had had way too much plastic surgery.. The money is one thing, but taking vacation, recovering… and then getting on the operating table again, at some point it became so scary and I hated it.. I really thought this would be the last time, and instead of implant surgery that looks very obvious, I had surgery with autologous dermis at Byeol Plastic Surgery.
So far, I’m very satisfied with the surgery I had at Byeol Plastic Surgery. Nasal bridge: autologous dermis + nose tip: septal cartilage. Because it is autologous dermis, my nose still looks kind of bulky? But I actually like that more haha
They say absorption differs from person to person, so honestly I am worried, but it no longer looks like the costal cartilage in the nose tip might pierce through the skin at any moment, so I’m really happy.
