My expectations for surgery were low not because I thought they wouldn’t be good at surgery, but because I was outright refused surgery. I have an extremely sensitive personality, so I explained in detail how I wanted my nose to turn out, and maybe they thought it would be difficult to match that. From the beginning, they said they normally don’t operate on cases like this, and afterward, while explaining why the nose shape I wanted would not be possible if they performed the surgery, they said their surgical ability probably could not achieve that, so it would be better to have surgery at a hospital that says they can do it. They also said they would not charge the consultation fee and refused. In a way, my nose is not an extreme nose, but the direction I want is very firm, and there are almost no hospitals with doctors who would operate exactly in the direction I want, so while I understood it, I still didn’t feel good I had heard this person’s technical skills were good, so I went for a consultation, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Still, seeing them acknowledge it as a limitation of their own surgical ability made me think that for some people, this could be a very good fit as a hospital. The doctor is honest. I recommend at least getting a consultation. Since I was obviously refused, I have no reason to go back.
