The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, so I didn’t feel anxious. In particular, the consultant was really kind and helped me in a very attentive way, so even though it was my first time going in for a consultation, I felt much less worried. I was truly grateful that the consultant carefully guided me through every step and answered my questions in detail.
