The clinic is big, and there are lots of staff and patients. There are posts saying the consultation didn’t even last 5 minutes, and for me it wasn’t that short, but maybe 10 minutes? I don’t think it went over that. They said they specialize only in eye surgery, and they didn’t give an excessive estimate, so that did feel trustworthy. The line was so-so.
