The hospital is large, and there are a lot of both staff and patients. I saw posts saying the consultation lasted less than 5 minutes, and mine was not that short, but maybe 10 minutes? I do think it probably did not go over that. They said they specialize only in eye surgery, and they did not give an excessive estimate, so it did feel trustworthy. The line was so-so.
