I had a consultation with Dr. Kim Deok-jung. Cartilage visibility was a big issue, so I went because I wanted revision surgery, and it seems the trend these days is costal cartilage.. They explained that they would build the columellar support based on costal cartilage and shape it with ear cartilage. When I asked whether they don’t use other cartilage, they had already narrowed the options down to donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage and explained it that way. Even with ear cartilage, it shows through because my skin type is thin.. If they use strong cartilage like costal cartilage.. isn’t it obvious what will happen? Anyway, they explained the materials according to the current trend, and although the name is Naturalism, by my standards the design is not natural. Also, I copied my CT here and brought it, but maybe the program is old.. I heard afterward that it didn’t open anywhere.. I recommend not copying your CT here.
