The director was kind. The people at the front were all kind too. They also pointed out the points I wanted well. But the clinic was so big that it was scary…. The director was recommended to me. It felt very factory-like. With large clinics, I guess you have to accept a certain amount of factory-like feeling. I decided not to have surgery. The consultation itself wasn’t bad, but it was just so-so.
