The director is kind. The people at the front are all kind too. They also pinpointed the points I wanted well. But the clinic is so big that it felt scary…. The director was recommended to me. It feels very factory-like With large clinics, I think you have to accept some degree of factory-like feeling. I decided not to have surgery. The consultation itself wasn’t bad, but it was just so-so.
