Before/after I had 3-part facial contouring, chin-tip length reduction, and full-face liposuction under sleep anesthesia at Bondi. I left a moderate amount of mandibular angle below the ears. Looking through photos of male celebrities, it seemed that if there is too little angle below the ears, masculinity tends to look slightly reduced, so I asked them to leave it, and I really wanted to see a strong effect from reducing the chin-tip length. Since the length definitely became shorter, the overall length of my face also became considerably shorter, and I feel like my facial proportions have changed. I also asked them to make the cheekbones look only moderately smooth. I had gained a bit of weight too, so I needed facial liposuction as well, so I additionally had it done while getting facial contouring surgery. The design consultation with the director was fun. I liked how we organized in detail how I wanted each area to look before moving on to the next area, and maybe because the consultation was so detailed, I didn’t expect the results after surgery to be this dramatic, but I feel great. It has been almost 6 months since the surgery, sensation has all returned, and there isn’t anything particularly uncomfortable.
